Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and these will be uniformly delivered or have been delivered;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement, which can be done via email: info@YOUR SHOP. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the message regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will this refund incur additional costs for you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first. You must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only need to pay for the depreciation of the goods if this depreciation is due to handling that is not necessary for you and this is assessed after checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiration
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts - for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for their production based on an individual choice or by the decision of the consumer that is decisive or that is clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date is quickly approaching;
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which is agreed upon in the contract, and which can be delivered no sooner than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market which the entrepreneur cannot control;
for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts - for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;

for the delivery of goods when these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
