Shipping policy

What is the delivery time?
The delivery period consists of two phases:

  1. Processing time: Within 1 business day after your order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. Your package will then be prepared for transport.
  2. Delivery time: Between 4-7 business days. Shipping is handled by bpost.
    All shipping times are exclusive of customs delays. Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer our customers free premium shipping worldwide. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, the shipment may be sent in multiple shipments.

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING?
It may take up to 5 business days for the location to be updated. We ask for your patience. If the tracking does not provide information, please contact us.
